Came back from a week of golfing in Turkey and got a little taste for omelets.

This had sremka (sausage), jalepenos and red onion.

A favorite of mine is to have fresh stuff added after...here is more red onions and 2 thick slices of tomato...would of added cheese and maybe some greens but I didn't have any at home...:)
