Made these badboys on saturday AND sunday...they were that good!
Meatballs with a fetacheese filling and chopped up jalopenos , again...for punch ;)
Mince meat
1 egg
salt (don't be shy)
pepper
1 onion
a bunch of jalopenos (chopped up)
mix it all
put a slab of this in hand and place a nice size of feta in the middle, wrap the meat around and roll into a ball...duh! :)
fry to perfection ;)
My serving on sunday was with spagetti and...cough cough...ketchup ;)
